The simple version

Share your personal DishLegacy link. When a directly referred family starts a new cookbook and purchases its first $19 Digital Family Edition, you can earn $5. Their price remains $19. The included printable PDF is part of the qualifying edition; physical books and other upgrades are not included.

Eligibility and enrollment

Partners must be at least 18, live in a country supported by our payout provider, provide accurate payout and tax information, and accept the current program terms. Participation is not employment, agency, a franchise, or a joint venture.

Qualifying referrals

• Attribution is direct and one level only. There are no commissions on referrals made by your referrals.
• A referral click is remembered for 30 days. Once a new cookbook is created, its direct source is recorded permanently.
• Only the referred cookbook’s first successful $19 Digital Family Edition purchase qualifies.
• Self-referrals, duplicate purchases, refunded or disputed charges, physical books, and other upgrades do not qualify.
• DishLegacy may review unusual activity and reject referrals created primarily to generate rewards.

Commissions and payouts

A qualifying commission is $5 and remains pending for 30 days after payment. Available balances of at least $20 are included in our monthly payout process through Stripe. Smaller balances roll forward and do not expire while the account remains in good standing. Stripe may require identity, banking, or tax verification before funds can be released.

If a purchase is refunded or disputed before payout, its reward is canceled. If funds were already transferred, DishLegacy may reverse the transfer or deduct the amount from future earnings. Partners are responsible for taxes that apply to their rewards.

Clear disclosure is required

Every recommendation must clearly say that you may earn $5 if someone purchases through your link, at no extra cost to them. Put the disclosure close to the recommendation and link. The copy in Partner Tools already includes this language; do not remove or hide it. Share graphics must be paired with the supplied disclosed caption—the image alone is not a disclosure.

What is not allowed

No spam, bots, fake identities, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, misleading discounts or income claims, trademark impersonation, brand-keyword ad bidding, hidden disclosures, or unlawful content. Recommendations must reflect an honest personal experience.

Privacy, review, and program changes

The Partner dashboard shows aggregate activity, dates, status, and rewards—not another family’s title, recipes, email, or identity. DishLegacy may hold, reverse, or reject suspicious commissions and suspend abusive accounts. We may update or end the program with reasonable notice; eligible rewards earned before a change will be honored unless they violate these terms or law.
